His in-depth knowledge in the areas of corporate management, strategy formulation, investment advisory, equity research and banking coupled with his biggest strength to spot opportunities and creating a blueprint to realizing value from those opportunities has been instrumental in the success of the company. He has more than 20+ years of experience in the global commodity markets. His exceptionally vast experience and wealth of network have been vital assets for the organization while expanding footprints. His expertise lies in deal origination and structuring which is a huge asset to the company. Mr. Vemuri holds a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from Western Michigan University, Michigan and Masters in Business Laws from NALSAR University of Law, Bangalore, India.

Before establishing JNJ Minerals, Mr. Tandava was the founder and CEO of J Vista Software, a New Jersey based IT consulting and software development firm. Jay Tandava has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of Business Operations Management with a focus on building long-term value by improving revenues increasing profits reducing costs and building highly-effective teams. He has a track record of generating revenue from zero to $62 million. His management style is based on teamwork and a continual understanding of how best to leverage a team's resources to successfully meet the project objectives.Jay Tandava holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from University Of Illinois, Chicago.
